Everything started in 2012 with the architect Thakur Aswal from Dehradun. Much of Bhairava Nagar as well as the nature school was put on paper by Aswal according to Shiñ’s idea. Together with his team and of course in close cooperation with Shiñ, Aswal prepared the technical, economical, functional and design planning and construction of all buildings and infrastructure of the peace center. This was followed by many meetings and site visits.
The construction management is in the hands of Mahipal Singh Negi – Doon Hill Construction. Mahipal had already been involved in the construction of Bhairava Nagar, Anand Lok Resort and Nature School.
Together with Rohit Singh Parihar and his father Dilbar, Mahipal is managing the organization of the complete construction of the Peace Center with his team and with the team of Anand Lok.

Bhagin R. Kellenberger and Dr. Christian Schneider of the Pan Terra Association are intensively accompanying the construction progress. Through continuous visits on site or from Europe, the construction team is supported in the implementation of Shiñ’s impulses, the coordination of artists, craftsmen and companies, the monitoring of the budget and with the documentation.
