Spiritual handicrafts

Worldview, elements of nature, the festive calendar and daily life are often rooted in the old handicrafts. Like a declaration of love to the creation, from which the human being got the skills, are to be found in the rare and special professions.

With heart and soul uphold the scepter of their profession and continue the handed down tradition of their ancestors is the greatest feat of ancient crafts in today’s so fast-moving times.

Also in this part, the association Pan Terra sees itself challenged to participate and to implement the most valuable impulses of Shiñ. Enough opportunity is given in all projects.

Even at the nature school, the youngest children are offered plenty of opportunities to develop and improve their handicraft skills. The children are very enthusiastic about it. In the process, they also train the brain with all its cells. Each work with the hands strengthens corresponding areas of the brain and new connections are created in the brain. The handicraft promotes the human being in its wholeness. One-sided work with the hands, on the other hand, impoverishes brain abilities.

So much craftsmanship is lost and with it many skills and moral powers wither away.

To preserve ancient knowledge and cultural heritage, to revive it and to give a new meaning to the arts of handicrafts, is what we are doing together in the construction of Gangeshvaralinga, Universal Center for Free Peace.

Because of the countless valuable impulses, which reach far into the New Era of the New Human Being and into the new creative epoch, Shiñ has inspired many things, which may now flow into the temple work and into all projects.

Creative spirit of each contributor wants to be allowed to show itself in the temple work.

In the meantime, many artists, craftsmen and businesses have come together to collaborate on this great work. People from many countries and different cultures. Due to the many new and very forward-looking impulses from Shiñ, every craftsman and artist is challenged to build on the old tradition and still incorporate new ways of working.

Often it takes many conversations, explanations, working together to get close to the given drawings. Everyone in his circle of activity, be it stonemasons, be it woodworking craftsmen for the gates of the temple, be it graphic artists who prepare the drawings, be it glass artists who find completely new ways of glass processing, are challenged and asked to take new steps.

This results in an increase of one’s own abilities, which flows into the whole construction process. Talking with and for each other enables everyone to see things from a new perspective and to see the deeply hidden laws of creation in every detail. At the same time, the different cultural and religious streams interweave in a wondrous spiritual work and creation for a future that brings peace.

It is a great joy for everyone to give a physical appearance to the light vision of Shiñ and to realize the future he saw in the now time and bring it to the ground.

We are happy to introduce you to the artists, craftsmen and companies
and their work on the Gangeshvaralinga project.
