The golden dome of the Mother Temple

For many months it was covered and scaffolded, and now the roof of the Mother Temple’s dome shines in splendid gold.

Approximately 80,000 glass tiles, produced in a special process by a team of experts in Southern India, were needed for the roof.

The rest of the roof will be covered with glass tiles in different shades of blue, such as the blue of the ocean of life.

Around the upper part of the mother temple there will be many windows with the marvel of glass painting and glass colours with different motifs. If temple visitors walk through this circuit, they will be enveloped in worlds of colours. Artists and craftsmen from France and Germany are already working intensively on this.intensiv am Werk.

Inside this temple in honor of the Goddess and the Earth will be created a wonderful mysterious and at the same time colorful work “circuit” (in the truest sense of this word). The development of humanity.

We can be curious to see when the opening takes place in a few years’ time, through what a wonderful story of creation we are allowed to walk in the inner temple, and at the same time also in our own inner temple. Once you have seen this temple – or the inner and outer Centre of Peace – you will never forget it and you will know why it is also called Universal Centre of Peace.

Tip:
In December 2017, an article by Dr. Christian Schneider about the design, construction and assembly of the Peace Centre’s roofs was published in the magazine “Zeitengleiten”. This interesting article shows what special work has to be done over several years in order to make the four hundred thousand tiles so that the roofs and domes can appear golden.

Here you can find the article as pdf in German, English, French and Hindi.

The magazine “Zeitengleiten” is an interesting magazine, which reports about people who show with projects or experiences that it is possible to live in harmony with the divine laws. The magazine shows solutions, contributions and findings that “looking forward” can be inspiring and that it makes sense to set out in an unswerving companionship and to work towards this goal.
